Best AI Models Review: Low-Resolution Videos, Image Cooldowns, and Support Problems

I purchased upgrades for Best AI Models because the platform was presented as a complete creative system—one dashboard for text, images, video, voice, and eventually agency and white-label access.
The idea looked strong.
The actual experience was much smaller than the promises.
I was already dealing with serious problems on the company’s related AI Long Video Creator platform, so I decided to test Best AI Models carefully before purchasing its Agency and White Label upgrades.
Some features worked partially. Others produced disappointing results. Support responded to certain technical questions, but when I pointed to claims made directly on the upgrade pages, I was told that technical support did not have access to the marketing or sales information.
That separation left me wondering who was responsible for making sure the product matched what was sold.
The Video Upgrade Promised a Complete Production Studio
The Best AI Video Models page describes the upgrade as a complete AI video production studio. It advertises multiple high-profile video models, text-to-video and image-to-video creation, long-duration scenes, priority rendering, character consistency, native audio, commercial rights, and 4K cinematic quality on the Gold plan. It also says users can create cinematic videos instantly and describes the output as suitable for ads, trailers, product demonstrations, YouTube content, and paid client work.
My own test did not resemble that description.
I uploaded a portrait image measuring approximately 1080 × 1920 pixels. The returned video was only around 400 × 800 pixels.
That is not 4K. It is not even standard 1080p output.
The sales page says the Silver plan provides crisp 1080p video for social and web use, while the Gold plan advertises 4K cinematic quality and native audio.
The result I received was dramatically smaller than both advertised standards.
The page also uses sweeping language such as “the ultimate video upgrade,” “Hollywood-level video,” and a complete production pipeline inside one dashboard.
When a product is promoted that aggressively, receiving a tiny low-resolution clip is not a minor difference. It changes whether the output can be used professionally at all.
The Image Generator Required a Long Wait Between Basic Generations
The visual upgrade page says users can create images, logos, thumbnails, advertisements, branding materials, social graphics, and presentation decks “in seconds.” It advertises agency-level designs, priority rendering, HD image quality, and 4K Ultra-HD export on the Gold plan.
Inside the platform, however, the image tool displayed conflicting cooldown information.
One part of the interface said:
2 Min Cooldown
The text beneath it said users must wait:
5 minutes between generations
That contradiction alone made the actual limit unclear.
More importantly, a five-minute delay between every image generation makes normal creative testing painfully slow. Image generation usually requires several attempts to refine composition, lighting, characters, text, or style. Waiting five minutes after every small test turns a simple sequence of ten images into nearly an hour of cooldown time.
The generated image I received was also very small—nowhere near the 4K, print-ready, client-ready export promoted on the Gold upgrade page. The page specifically describes 4K Ultra-HD output as suitable for professional and commercial work.
I also could not find a visible option for selecting an aspect ratio.
The platform itself advised users to choose the correct aspect ratio, but I did not see controls for:
Square
Portrait
Landscape
Story or vertical
Custom dimensions
The images appeared to generate only in square format.
I asked support whether aspect ratios had to be written into the prompt or whether the generator currently supported only 1:1 images.
That should not require detective work. A professional image tool should clearly display the dimensions or ratio before generation.
The Voice Generator Worked, Then the Interface Became Stuck
The voice upgrade page advertises studio-quality narration, hundreds of voices, emotional control, multiple languages, voice cloning, real-time conversations, and instant activation.
The voiceover generation itself did produce audio during my test.
However, once the voiceover finished, the page became stuck or visually broken. I could not continue normally to create another voiceover without leaving or refreshing the interface.
This was a smaller problem than the image and video issues, but it still mattered. A tool intended for ongoing content production should allow users to create more than one result without the workspace collapsing after each generation.
Support Said Marketing Claims Were Not Their Responsibility
One of the most concerning parts of this experience was the response I received when I questioned advertised features.
After I referred to statements on an upgrade page, support told me that they only had access to general technical and application information. They said they did not have access to product marketing details, sales promises, or launch-specific offer information.
I was then directed to contact the vendor separately.
I understand that companies may have different departments. But customers purchase the product as one system.
The customer should not have to determine which team owns the promise and which team owns the software.
If the sales page advertises 4K output, instant access, long-form video, premium models, or professional-quality results, technical support should at least be able to verify whether those features currently exist and how they are accessed.
Otherwise, the sales page can promise one universe while support maintains a completely different weather system.
The Agency and White-Label Upgrades Raised More Questions
I considered purchasing both Agency and White Label access for Best AI Models.
Before doing that, I asked support to confirm whether:
agency customers receive separate private accounts;
users can log in without authorization or plan errors;
customer data is isolated;
the white-label domain system is operational;
customers log in through the branded domain;
the Agency and White Label products are ready for real customers.
I asked because I had already experienced serious Agency and White Label problems on AI Long Video Creator.
I did not want to purchase the same uncertainty twice.
The Best AI Models Agency page promotes client account creation and the ability to sell access, while the White Label page promotes a branded version of the platform.
But an agency plan is only useful if the underlying tools function reliably for customers.
A branded login page does not create a working business by itself.
If customers pay, log in, create one image every five minutes, receive tiny output, or generate low-resolution videos, the agency owner is the person whose reputation suffers.
The Lack of Clear Public Brand Pages Made Support Harder to Trace
Another concern was how difficult it was to identify a clear public-facing business presence for these products.
When I purchased Best AI Models and AI Long Video Creator, the Facebook accounts connected with the offers appeared to use individual people’s names rather than clearly branded pages dedicated to the products.
I could not easily locate obvious official Facebook pages for either product where customers could follow updates, view public announcements, or contact the company under the product’s own identity.
Search results did surface third-party reviews and posts promoting the products, including posts connected with individual marketers, but I did not find a clearly established product page that functioned as a visible public home for customer communication.
That does not automatically prove wrongdoing.
It does, however, make a company harder to locate, evaluate, and hold publicly accountable when something stops working.
A legitimate software company should make it easy to answer:
Who owns the product?
Where are official updates posted?
Which Facebook or social page is official?
Where is the support desk?
Who handles billing disputes?
Who is responsible for marketing claims?
What company name appears on receipts?
Customers should not have to follow a trail of personal profiles, vendors, support desks, and launch pages just to find the people responsible for a product.
The Sales Pages Use Extremely Strong Language
The upgrade pages do not describe these features cautiously.
The video page calls the product a complete AI video production studio and says the Gold plan includes 4K cinematic quality, long-duration generation, priority rendering, character consistency, native audio, commercial rights, and access to major video models.
The visual page says the Gold plan includes nine elite visual engines, advanced editing, 4K Ultra-HD export, branding tools, presentation generation, priority rendering, commercial rights, and instant activation.
The voice page promises studio-quality audio, hundreds of voices, more than thirty languages, emotional controls, real-time conversation, commercial rights, and instant access.
Those are not modest claims.
They create a reasonable expectation that the tools will work at a professional level.
My testing produced:
a video far below the advertised resolution;
small image output;
no clear aspect-ratio selector;
conflicting two-minute and five-minute cooldown instructions;
a five-minute image-generation delay;
a voice page that became stuck after completing one voiceover;
support that could not confirm or defend the marketing claims.
I Was Not Looking for a Refund
As with AI Long Video Creator, my first goal was not to ask for my money back.
I was considering purchasing even more:
Agency access
White Label
Additional upgrades
Customer accounts
I wanted the platform to succeed because the concept was attractive.
A single dashboard containing multiple current AI models could be valuable, especially for someone building websites, content systems, images, videos, and customer services.
But value depends on more than how many model names appear on a sales page.
The output has to match the description.
The limits have to be disclosed.
The interface has to remain usable.
The support team has to understand what was sold.
What I Would Recommend Before Buying
Before purchasing Best AI Models or any of its upgrades, I recommend asking support for written confirmation of the following:
Exact output resolution for images
Exact output resolution for videos
Whether 4K export is currently operational
Which models are genuinely connected and available
Whether model names describe real provider access or internal alternatives
Exact cooldown limits
Available image aspect ratios
Daily or monthly generation limits
Whether failed generations consume usage
Whether voice generation can be repeated without refreshing
Whether customer accounts are private and isolated
Whether Agency access is fully working
Whether White Label domains are currently being completed
Who handles support for marketing-related discrepancies
Where the official company and product pages are located
I would also save screenshots or PDF copies of every upgrade page before purchasing.
Final Thoughts
Best AI Models looks impressive from the outside.
Its sales pages describe a complete content empire—text, video, images, voice, agency services, and white-label business tools inside one ecosystem.
My actual testing felt much smaller.
I received low-resolution output where professional quality was advertised. The image generator imposed a long cooldown. The interface gave contradictory instructions. The ratio controls were unclear. The voice tool glitched after one use. Support separated itself from the claims made by the pages that sold the upgrades.
The platform may still be new. It may improve. Some of the problems may be temporary technical issues.
But customers should not have to purchase first and discover later that the polished sales page is describing features the support team cannot verify.
I remain willing to update this article if the company improves the image resolution, video output, aspect-ratio controls, cooldown system, voice interface, support structure, and agency reliability.
Until then, I would treat Best AI Models as an unfinished platform that should be thoroughly tested before purchasing major upgrades or reselling access to customers.
This article reflects my personal experience and testing. It does not claim that every customer received the same results. Measurements such as image and video dimensions refer to the specific files generated in my account.
