My Experience With Webliska.ai: More Than $400 Spent on a Platform I Could Not Use

Updated: July 30, 2026

I purchased Webliska.ai roughly six months ago and ultimately spent more than $400 across the platform and its upgrades. On paper, Webliska looked like one of the most promising AI platforms I had purchased. For a brief period, some of its features worked and showed real potential.

Unfortunately, that experience did not last.

The Platform Stopped Working

Over time, the features inside my Webliska account stopped functioning. I experienced repeated errors and could no longer use the platform for the purposes I purchased it for.

I contacted support multiple times and provided screenshots and video clips showing the problems. Webliska representatives confirmed to me that the platform was still active, which suggested that the problem might be connected specifically to my account.

I then asked for one of two simple solutions:

  • Reset my existing account

  • Create a fresh account and transfer my paid access to it

I even provided a new email address so we could test whether starting over would solve the problem. Despite repeated messages, I did not receive a meaningful resolution.

At the time of writing, Webliska.ai still appears online, and the company’s main website says it operates more than 20 SaaS products.

The Replacement Did Not Match What I Purchased

Because Webliska could not restore my account, I was offered access to Flaxxa Studio as a substitute.

I appreciated the attempt to provide an alternative, but the version of Flaxxa Studio I received did not come close to replacing Webliska. My Webliska purchase was built around a broader collection of AI capabilities. The replacement I accessed appeared focused primarily on image and design generation.

My dashboard also appeared to provide approximately 100 generations, although it was unclear whether that limit renewed daily, monthly, or not at all.

Flaxxa Studio is currently promoted as an AI-powered design platform for generating visual content, but that is still a different product category from the broader platform I originally paid for.

A substitute only solves the problem when it provides reasonably comparable value. In my experience, this one did not.

The Most Frustrating Part Was the Lack of Support

Software can break. New platforms can experience bugs. Accounts can become corrupted. I build websites and applications myself, so I understand that technical problems happen.

The larger issue was the absence of consistent support.

I spent months trying to obtain a reset, a replacement account, or a clear explanation. Messages were often left unanswered, and the problem remained unresolved even after I supplied evidence of the errors.

When a customer has paid hundreds of dollars, access to responsive support should not feel like another locked feature.

A Pattern That Made Me More Cautious

While trying to understand what happened, I looked into other products connected with the same broader company ecosystem, including Flaxxa and Flowomatic.

These products continue to maintain active websites, and Flowomatic currently markets a large collection of AI tools and automated workflows.

However, my experience with Webliska left me concerned about what happens after a product launch—especially when customers need account repair, technical support, or long-term maintenance.

I cannot speak for every customer or every product the company operates. I can only document what happened to me:

  • I spent more than $400.

  • My Webliska features stopped working.

  • I repeatedly supplied evidence of the errors.

  • I asked for an account reset or fresh account.

  • I received a substitute that did not provide comparable functionality.

  • My original access was never properly restored.

What I Would Recommend Before Buying

Before purchasing Webliska or a similar lifetime AI platform, ask for written answers to these questions:

  • Is the platform currently being maintained?

  • How quickly does technical support respond?

  • Can a damaged account be reset?

  • Can paid upgrades be transferred to a new account?

  • What usage limits apply?

  • What happens if major features stop working?

  • Is a refund or equivalent replacement available?

  • Who is responsible for long-term customer support?

Also save copies of the sales page, receipts, advertised features, support emails, screenshots, and error messages. Websites and offers can change, but your records preserve what you purchased.

Final Thoughts

Webliska was not a product I wanted to abandon. When it briefly worked, I thought it was one of the strongest AI platforms I had purchased. That is what made the experience so disappointing.

I was not asking for special treatment. I wanted access to the features I paid for—or a fresh account that worked.

I remain open to updating this article if Webliska restores my account, transfers my purchases, or provides a meaningful resolution. Until then, my experience remains a warning about buying ambitious AI platforms without knowing whether the support system will still be there when the software stops working.

This article reflects my personal customer experience. It is not a claim that every customer has experienced the same problems.
