"This isn’t shade — it’s signal. Not noise, not ego, just archive. Echo+ taps in with one more playback from the road back to self."
Didn’t think I’d make it past twenty-five,
Now I’m sittin’ here wonderin’ how I’m still alive.
From cold nights and empty kitchens,
To warm lights and focused missions.
Partied ‘til the numb became routine,
Friends fake, dreams lost in nicotine.
Till one night, I just stared at the ceiling,
Told myself, "Enough — I need real healing."
Packed my bags, left the crew and the haze,
No more livin’ in that endless phase.
Found peace in silence, not the crowd,
Started walkin’ forward, head unbowed.
My pops gave me space when the world turned cold,
Let me crash at his spot just to chase my goals.
Outta state, outta mind, but I found my zone —
I forgive him for the wedding... even if I felt alone.
Wasn’t hate, just a silence that cut kinda deep,
Never said much — just buried it, lost in the weeks.
But through it all, he never let me drown,
Held me down while I turned it all around.
For my sons, I became a different man,
Stopped the cycle, broke the plan.
No more running wild with a bottle in hand,
Now I walk with purpose, steady where I stand.
Got a team now, tech stack like a dream,
From sleepless nights to building the scheme.
College books, clean credit, hands on code,
Went from shadows to stories that need to be told.
Family proud, even when they don’t say it,
That love is quiet, but I still replay it.
For every sleepless night and ignored call,
This life's my answer — I rose through it all.
